I have got enough of messy management.

When they need you...they tell you that you are the most impotant person for the job

When they need you but wun pay you more...they tell you that its not about the promotion or pay rise. Its about the learning process

When they no longer need you...they tell you that for every opportunity, there is a time and place for it. Wait for your turn

You are important...when you can help them sweep the dirt and get fleas off their sleeves

You have alot to learn when its more expensive to hire another person to do one job when you can handle 2 jobs

You need to wait for your turn, cos after all did they not apply you at a lower position? You should count your blessings that you had the chance to shine for that short moment

Ultimately, you are totally fit for the job.

Cos you are paid less to do more. And overly educated in an less educated postion. And you are willing to just learn and not bother about the money. Because you are over qualified, you will always do better than you should
